Machine won't spray. Loss of water pressure

Make sure there is cleaning solution in the REAR (B) tank. If dirty water stops entering the FRONT (A) tank, the REAR (B) tank is empty. Empty soiled water from FRONT (A) tank and refill REAR (B) tank with fresh solution.

Ensure small solution hose is connected at front panel of machine and to the Carpet or Upholstery Wand.

Improper suction or loss of vacuum power.

Make sure plastic dome is properly sealed to the FRONT (A) tank. Make sure the filter inside the plastic dome is clean. Check the large hose connection on the front of the dome and the carpet or upholstery wand.

No power or loss of power.

Make sure the machine is switched on. Make sure the cord is plugged in and the vacuum and pump switch at the front of the machine is on. If using machine in Queensland, make sure GREEN button on RCD plug is pressed in. Check your home's circuit breakers or fuse box.

Excess foaming or leaking from exhaust.

Add 10 capfuls (100ml) Britex Defoamer in the FRONT (A) tank. Do not add Defoamer down riser pipe. Do not add Defoamer to the REAR (B) tank.
